This is the 2nd time engaging Jinhao as my ID from Trio Design Studio. Jinhao is friendly and easy going. He is professional and able to give some ideas of design my kitchen and feature wall with TV console. He provided helpful advice and opinions during the process , worked within my budget. Had engaged ID Jinhao and Aloysius to renovate my BTO flat. They are the very first ID that I met out of 10 plus ID, after meeting all of them I still decided to go back to them, upon first meet up, they understand what we are looking at and input their idea as well, not like many others I met only ask what we want and that’s it, didn’t give any suggestion and etc. They get back fast, deal with hiccups as fast as they can. I think choosing a ID that clicks with us is rather important and their price point was reasonable. They were really helpful throughout the whole Reno journey. Hence I recommended him to a friend of mine who got another unit in the same area. After handover we met some issues and contacted them (though in the end was not something they are responsible of), they still helped without hesitation. Thankful to engage the right ID.
