Just want to share my renovation experience and say a big thank you to my ID, Zen! My home is a 31 years old HDB maisonette, and honestly I was very careful this time because I had a very bad experience with my previous ID for my previous home so I went to meet and vet quite a few designers before deciding to go with Zen and really no regrets at all! Zen’s pricing is reasonable and transparent, which made me feel very安心 from the start. He’s very humble, steady, and knowledgeable, you can tell he really knows his stuff probably from his years of experience. Now already 2 years since renovation, on/off I still contact zen for some recommendations and am amazed that he still replies me always. All the fittings are still in very good condition as well which requires no headache nor return. People always say renovation very stressful, but with Zen, the whole process was actually quite smooth and pleasant even though my house is big and it is more challenging for excellence. What I appreciate most is that I didn’t need to worry much. Every time I did a surprise check, things were properly managed and under control. End result and outcomes turned out really nice ! Till today, family and friends who come over always compliment the house. I will definitely look for Zen again for my future home renovations.

We would like to specially commend our interior designer, Wennis Lim. After shortlisting three interior designers, we decided to go with Wennis because of her easy-going personality, strong expertise in renovation works (she is a senior in her field with 4–5 years of experience), and her reasonable price point. Throughout the renovation journey, she consistently demonstrated deep knowledge of the field, offering valuable advice on areas we would otherwise not have known much about—such as glass works, carpentry, and water piping. Wennis is also extremely hardworking and hands-on. She personally goes down to the site to oversee major works, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and regularly provides us with photo updates on the progress. As a senior designer, she sometimes brings along her junior colleague to guide and mentor them, which we felt reflected her professionalism and leadership. Design-wise, we already had a clear idea of what we wanted, and communicating this to Wennis was very easy. In fact, the final outcome exceeded our expectations. We are truly grateful for her service and dedication. We have since recommended Wennis to our friends and family who are planning to renovate, and would definitely encourage others to give her a try as well.
