From start to finish, Brennan delivered exceptional work with professionalism and responsibility. He consistently listened to what we envision-ed and seamlessly incorporated it into his design recommendations. What impressed us most was also his thoughtfulness as he automatically considered our family's needs (we have two young kids) in every suggestion, which really showed how much he cared about creating a home that worked for us. Throughout the 3 months of renovation, everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule. We were working under time pressure since we needed to sell quickly and move in fast, but Brennan always pushed to accelerate timelines where possible without compromising quality. His proactive approach made a real difference for our situation. We love the final results ! Our home turned out exactly as we envisioned it from our initial conversations and matched the 3D renderings perfectly. Every detail was thoughtfully executed. We're very happy with Brennan's work and would confidently recommend him.

We had an excellent experience with our Min Er from start to finish. Everything was well planned and executed according to schedule, and all our enquiries were answered promptly and professionally. The renovation was completed much earlier than the original timeline without compromising on quality. Min Er demonstrated excellent knowledge of colour coordination and space planning, offering thoughtful suggestions that brought the entire design together beautifully. The carpentry workmanship also met our expectations, with good attention to detail and quality finishing. We truly appreciate the team’s professionalism, efficiency, and dedication throughout the renovation process. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable interior design team.

Amid key collection, scheduled for an appointment sometime mid 2025 and was greeted by Clare and Keat (SGI) at their showroom. The 1st appointment managed to set the tone and progress of our renovation journey, was briefed on the various pro and cons of certain designs and materials. There isn't any hard selling, instead there's sufficient information provided for us to make a sound decision. Our key collection was delayed but SGI did check in with us once in a while and eventually our unit was handed over sometime Mar 26 after all the necessary HDB BTO rectifications. During the entire renovation process, we felt quite at ease due to the prompt communication, updates and clarification provided by SGI. Due to our schedule, we are unable to really meet SGI much but was able to exchange our ideas very frequently in order to move things promptly. Amid hacking, plumbing and carpentry, there were times where decisions needed to be made with short turnaround time - SGI did relay the crucial information for us to discuss and get back. There were times where we needed SGI to be onsite, and they were there within last minute notice as well! Nonetheless, no renovation process is 100% perfect. However, what really matters is that SGI is prompt enough to follow up on the pending tasks and to outline the work schedule. This has allowed us to schedule our deliveries and cleaning! Overall, our renovation took approximately 8 - 9 weeks and another month or so to rectify and touch up areas due to our schedule. Ultimately, with the price that we are quoted with, we are satisfied with the customer support/service and advice provided throughout our renovation journey.
