Our second time engaging Rachel after 7 years ago when we first moved in. I am very glad she is still around and never regretted to worked with her. To conclude: 1. Rachel is very committed, communicative, patient and approachable. She had planned all very well from the start and the works was done according to her calculation despite some changes requested in the middle, very impressive! 2. She had good support team, I met some and could feel they are good people. 3. The quoted price is very reasonable for the result had impressed some of our friends, one who couldn’t believed it. 4. Rachel is also very helpful with the change of requests and will deliver it although we almost forgot abt it. Overall, we are very happy! Sure we will be happy to work with her again next time 😊
