I worked with Gary, who is AWESOME - he was basically turnkey and took care of everything, from tile selection to contractor management, installation of home appliances and overseeing furniture relocation. Absolutely trustworthy, always on-point and very responsive. I'm so happy with the firm, but more importantly, my designer.

Our utmost heartfelt gratitude to Raymond Soh & his team (Wai Tuck, Huiwen & many more) of Ovon Design Pte Ltd for helping my family transform our 20-year old 3-bedder unit into a our dream home in a short 2-month duration. Raymond & his dedicated team listen attentively to our needs and are able to provide good and practical suggestions, solutions and designs. They have been patient, honest, responsive and reliable throughout our renovation journey. We are very impressed by their professionalism and excellent deliverables. Met up with Ovon Design long with a few other firms recommended from Qanvast. While Ovon's quotation was not the cheapest, what prompted me to engage them ultimately was their willingness to accommodate my requests. Had a certain item that I really wanted to go through with and all the other firms I met with had rejected me saying it was not possible to be done, but Ovon had managed to get it done through the proper channels and applications with HDB. During the reno process, designers Leon and Gordon provided some insightful points which was welcome to me as this is my first major renovation project so there were many things I was not familiar with. There were some hiccups along the way such as delays but I guess this is common with most renovation projects, thankfully nothing too major. Post-renovation: I am satisfied with the workmanship and quality, and so far have not experienced any issues with regard to their works. They were also willing to help out when I had some issues (due to neighbor and not their works) and currently in the process of finding a solution so after sales relationship is satisfactory too. Overall would recommend to those looking to undergo a renovation project.

We had a wonderful experience with Simon and Zi An of Ovon Design for our home renovation. We first met with Zi An after being impressed with the work that she had done for a relative’s home. Zi An provided us with excellent suggestions on material selection, design and colour coordination. The actual renovation was managed wonderfully by Simon. Simon was very responsible and responsive, detailed-oriented and communicated regularly on the progress of the renovation. He was also prompt in following up and handling feedback, and fast in understanding our needs and comprehending what we feedback to him. The renovation was in good hands! We are satisfied with the quality of the materials and worksmanship as Ovon Design partners with reputable suppliers. Ovon Design is also transparent in their costing, with detailed breakdown of the costs. We are very happy with the final result of the renovation. Simon and Zi An did a great job, were easy to work with and always friendly and helpful. The whole process was enjoyable and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable ID services.

Renovation can be very taxing, with so many things to plan and consider. From the start, we’ve spent hours sourcing multiple IDs. If you are deciding which ID to look for, Ovon is definitely the right choice. Although we had many demands from start to finish, Leon and Hui Wen took care of our needs all the way. They really put themselves our shoes and ensure all our concerns are attended to. They are also experienced and will give good advice, very useful for first time home owners. ...

Glad that I engaged Ovon for my house renovation. KS is my ID, he is very sincere and helpful, I can feel that he is genuinely wants to help me to create my desire home. He will tell me the pros and cons for some designs and fittings so that it’s also more practical other than just beautiful design, make sure everything done perfectly as what I wish. It’s definitely a hassle-free experience working with KS, will for sure recommend him to my other friends who wants to renovate their house.

"Ovon was one of the earliest to respond to our query. As it was during Covid, we had our initial chats over Zoom. It was facilitated by our ID Simon. During the chat sessions, Simon took the time to listen to what we had in mind and certainly did not impose his own ideas. Instead, he looked to incorporate the modern lux look that we striving for with his professional take, considering various other facets like practicality, cohesiveness of design and took our ideas to another level. We almost nearly didn't sign with Ovon as there were other competitors who offered very competitive prices. However, Simon was gracious to share with us more matters to consider and to ask more probing questions, to ensure that we would get the biggest bang for our buck. Turns out, the questions to competitors led us to having doubts about them and ultimately, we were swayed by Ovon's professionalism. Entrusting them with our house, Simon took on the project and grew into it. Throughout the experience, he was pro-active, listened to ideas and importantly, worked within the budget that we had. We were also working against a very tight timeline and Simon was able to do the necessary planning to ensure we meet the deadline while not compromising on quality. Whenever we experienced roadblocks, Simon would prioritise solving the issue, instead of deferring it back to us. In short, he was truly a project manager that we could trust. He would even liaise directly with the various vendors, including for furniture, aircon and even overseas shipment deliveries. Even after moving in and finding issues that require touching up, Simon would manage the issue and have his team of sub-cons to help touch up at no cost. We have been really pleased with the experience working with Simon and would recommend Ovon and Simon without any doubt."

"Feeling lucky to have engaged with ovon and Zi An as my designer amongst many ID firms. I’m deeply impressed by the professionalism and patience of Zi An and Raymond. Zi An was extremely patient and helped with many versions of design (different styling too!). Her good taste in layout, color and many other details really helped me with making right decisions for my home. The quality of workmanship is amazing too. From Carpentry to Tile-laying, from hinge to painting, workers were of high standard and delivered well. Pricing has been competitive, big-named firms tend to overcharge but no matching service in return. Ovon gave attractive rate which was also one of the highlights amongst other merits. Overall I’m just feeling lucky!"

"During the rounds of ID selection, Zi An impressed us with her responsiveness and space planning that was out of the box compared to the other meetings. In addition to the competitive pricing of the individual quoted items, we found Ovon to be a suitable ID firm to renovate our home. The main issue we had with our resale flat we had was the small kitchen. With the exposed piping, and catering allowance for a service yard, we were looking into creative solutions that could take advantage of the spacious living room to solve our kitchen issue. We decided upon an open concept kitchen to give the kitchen space a light and airy feel, and opted for a front load washer to maximise the countertop space. The kitchen flooring was also raised for us to be able to place our fridge and dining table between the kitchen and living room. The exposed piping was concealed and carpentry was built around it to increase storage. A lot of attention was put into the kitchen and we appreciated the feedbacks from Zi An and Leon guiding us with the layout, colours, materials, and overall design. It has come a long way from our original concept sketches to the place we make gastronomical wonders. But with every reno journey, there are bound to have a couple of hiccups along the way and Zi An, Leon, and especially Annie, played a great deal in helping overcome these issues. With covid delaying several services and delivery, we still managed to keep things mostly to schedule with Annie’s flexibility and coordination. This was especially crucial as we were expecting our child around the same period and we tied in the completion date to my child’s birth day. With the successful handover, we were able to move in exactly one month after our confinement month ended, while allowing the place to air out. We had a few unusual ideas and requests, with our cove lightings, bathtubs, extension of MBR toilet, and vintage window grilles. We were impressed that our ideas were never dismissed and instead was encouraged. Our experience during our inital ID search showed that some designers didn’t share our enthusiasm so we were glad to be able to find a team that can work well together to bring our vision to life. Certain items could just be left to the designers’ discretion and it would fit in perfectly with the aesthetics of the home when we came back to check on the progress. Overall, we had a pleasant experience that we felt was value for money, worked well within our budget, we are pleased with the final results, and the responsive aftersales service. We are to proud to have our home featured in their portfolio. Thank you Zi an, Annie, Leon!"
