"It’s our 2nd time engaging Flo Design for our home design and renovation. Last round, our family and friends were very impressed with the design and workmanship. When we sold that condo unit, the carpentry workmanship was good enough to add value to our selling price. (The new owners kept everything and moved in straight) This time round as well, everyone was impressed with our new home. It was challenging to design and renovate a 4 storey house on a tight timeline, but we did it! There were lots of open discussions and MinShi & Roger (designers) were open to our ideas. They gave good designs and suggestions as well. We had many special requests like a customised alter, changing of staircase direction, building a full length wall with conceal doors in the living room. The designers were able to made them happen. The meetings with the designers and carpenter to draw out every single carpentry compartments plus choosing the lamination/counter top materials were intense and tiring, but totally necessary and we ended up with a house that had the exact storage spacing that we needed. Overall, it was a great experience."

Daniel is one of the fabulous guys at Flo. Professional, knowledgeable and patient. He is prompt with updates and following up closely. He advises accordingly to client’s preference and choice of styles, paying attention to what client says. Yes the market is tight and comparable but who wouldn’t want an ID that is great to work with? Highly recommended this ID for any homeowner or commercial owner looking to refresh or build up a new place!

Very much appreciate to Mr. Kenthy Ng, our ID of Flo Design, for his design of a pleasant and comfortable home. He was patient with listening to our ideas before coming up with a rough sketch of how he will design our home to the final product. Kenthy also gave us his opinions on whether the materials or items we selected suits our theme not and provides an alternative which may fit better. His updates on the progress in the renovation works were pretty prompt and timely without delays. Importantly, the works were completed within our budget. Overall, we had a positive experience with Kenthy. Thank you Kenthy!

I was looking around for an ID for my resale flat in June this year and Kenthy was strongly recommended by one of my friend. He is very knowledgeable and helpful during whole reno progress, even there are some hiccups along the way but Kenthy will immediately come over and resolved it. He does not force his opinions on us but instead let us know the various options available and let us decide from there. Overall workmanship is excellent with reasonable pricing. After handover, I like how Kenthy was very responsive and acted fast to help us solve some of the issues that came up. Thanks Kenthy and Flo Design team!

Our renovation process was smooth sailing all thanks to Sharon. She coordinated well with all the vendors and the vendors/contractors they engaged were all reliable and skilful. Her recommendations and proposals on the interior were useful, practical, honest and pretty much customised to cater to our preference and taste. Even after the completion of the reno, if there were any areas that need her to look into, she would response and offered to get her vendors to check. After sales service is good. We are grateful for her help and assistance and you will be in good hands if you have her as your ID consultant. Generally if anyone reads their review you will gather that this firm has a really good team that is reliable, dependable and pricing are transparent. They meet all the requirements that one would want when looking for an ID/ firm.

We went through a selection of few IDs before we shortlisted Flo Design. They were not the cheapest but we decided to go ahead with them as we feel that Kenthy was attention to details and had suggested a design addressing to our needs. Throughout the whole renovation process, Kenthy had provided professional advices on tiles selection, furniture, lightings etc. Even with the current pandemic, he had worked closely with the subcon to ensure works are completed on time. He is always on the site providing us updates on the progress. Needless to say, workmanship is good! Thanks to Kenthy and Flo Design for creating our dream home for us!

We engaged Flo Design not because they are the cheapest, partly they have good reviews in this platform. Our ID is Sharon, she is responsible and responsive, thus we are able to complete the renovation cycle in time and on schedule as planned. That is very important. Sharon will try her best to solve the teething issues along the way, that we highly appreciate. Overall workmanship is good, she has good and reliable subcontractors . We are satisfied with the outcome as per her design.
