Engaged Aloysius as my interior designers for my house. As a 1st timer, basically I totally have no idea what should I look out for and what is expected but both of them simply make my life easier throughout the whole process. Aloysius gives lots of recommendations and advice base on his experiences. Throughout the whole renovation, I probably only went to my place less than 10 time and I am truly delighted with the end product. Is nothing fanciful. Just something simple yet stunning and amazing. Overall, I am truly pleased and no regrets engaging insight out for my humble adobe.

Nate knew our situation and offered to come down to our place to discuss on our first meet up and have a look at our existing home design. This was super helpful as he could immediately point out to us what was possible and what's not so that we can have a clear understanding on what can be done. He was super quick on the quotation and estimated timeline which makes us confident in entrusting this project to him; and we definitely made an excellent choice! He was super hands on with the project and gave us alot of suggestions and ideas and even problem solving when things didn't go as plan. He went out of the way to help us get a plumber and helped to liaise with him when we last minute decided to get a tabletop dishwasher. He even helped us install the shelves that we've gotten online. We are super satisfied with the end results, love our newly upgraded home and will definitely approach him again in future.

We decided to trust Aloysius with our reno, because from our initial meetings with him, he was experienced and knowledgeable, while also being open and accommodating to our preferences and ideas. We also liked the fact that Aloysius was a young parent like ourselves, and so we felt he probably could relate better to the needs of a young family and how that translated to practical design elements in the home. Throughout the reno process, Aloysius was responsive, open, and offered practical and aesthetic design suggestions, without being overly pushy in terms of his ideas. We also felt that his quotation was competitive compared to other IDs we met, and throughout the process, he was sincere in trying his best to help us keep within our reno budget. Post reno handover, he was also prompt in arranging for his subcons to rectify defects. Probably the most important reason that we are happy with Aloysius is the fact that he delivered on his assurance that he could meet our tight 3 month reno timeline (which is something other IDs we met were reluctant to commit to). Considering that ours was a complete overhaul of an old resale executive apartment, this was probably no mean feat. We are grateful that Aloysius managed the project timeline well and saw to it that our home handed over to us in time, so that we wouldn't need to move house twice. Overall, we are very pleased with the final outcome of our new home, and equally pleased that the entire process of working with Aloysius to get to this stage was a pleasant and smooth sailing one.
