We had a great experience with Wei Hao & Kar Wee, our exceptional IDs, for our first home renovation. As first-time homeowners, we felt quite overwhelmed, but they guided us patiently throughout the entire process. They executed our wabi-sabi concept beautifully, creating a calm and thoughtfully designed space that we truly love. What really stood out was how they went the extra mile, helping us make decisions when we were unsure, staying responsive to our queries, and even assisting with appliance deliveries when we couldn’t be there. They were incredibly thoughtful and made the whole renovation journey feel smooth and stress-free. Even after completion, they continued to support us with any issues after we moved in. We’re very happy with our home and highly recommend them!

The team working with me was Ethan (the boss), Syaz (designer), and Wenjie (project manager). Overall very satisfied with the design and workmanship (particularly the carpentry). Every inch of my place is maximised and well-utilised, while still being light, airy and uncluttered. The team is also very friendly and genuinely helpful - esp Ethan who is very patient and knowledgeable. The team also made good on defects/mistakes along the way, and went the extra mile to ensure that the place was ready for the move by our deadline. While communication/coordination could have been better, the overall objective and goals of our renovation were met.

We had a great experience with Ethan Interiors from start to finish. We came in with just a floor plan, some ideas, and a moodboard inspired by mid-century homes and nostalgic Singapore touches. Syaz and Ethan immediately understood our vision and knew how to bring it to life, even helping us thoughtfully place elements like breeze blocks, glass bricks, and tiles that we loved but didn’t know how to use. What stood out was how they went beyond just following our brief. They offered practical, well-considered solutions like carving out a section of the living room for a flexible dog-friendly walkway, extending our yard to support our dog grooming needs, and reworking the layout to combine the common room with the master bedroom into a spacious walk-in wardrobe and master suite. They also improved the flow of the home by shifting the common toilet entrance for better access and creating a dedicated vanity area where the breeze blocks could really shine. Beyond spatial planning, they gave valuable insights when it came to selecting accessories, sinks, vanities and lighting etc, and even went the extra mile to source items that weren’t available locally but perfectly matched the overall aesthetic we were going for. Ee Laine also provided close oversight throughout the renovation, and was incredibly meticulous in spotting defects that we didn’t even notice ourselves, ensuring everything was properly rectified before handover. Overall, a smooth and thoughtful process with a team that truly cares about delivering a home that feels personal and complete.
