I had the pleasure of working with Zax, and I’m truly impressed by his creativity and professionalism. He listened carefully to my ideas, added his own creative touch, and delivered designs that exceeded my expectations. Throughout the process, he was patient, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The final outcome was not only visually stunning but also practical and on point. I would highly recommend Zax to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy designer.

I recently completed my full flat renovation with Ciseern, led by my designer, Shermin, and the results were phenomenal. I asked for a Japanese Minimalist theme, and she delivered a space that is calm, warm, and flawlessly functional. Shermin’s professionalism and commitment to quality were top-notch throughout. The overall aesthetic is stunning—warm wood tones against crisp white walls, unified by the seamless vinyl flooring. Shermin worked closely with me on all the finishing selections, recommending the best options until we settled on the perfect color scheme that matched my vision. The technical execution in the living room, including the seamless false ceilings and the integrated TV console and feature wall, helps maintain that pristine, uncluttered aesthetic. The crowning achievement here is the lighting plan: using subtle soft cove lighting and recessed lamps, it creates a truly tranquil, layered mood that elevates the entire space. The absolute best feature is the custom Shoji-style sliding doors between the living room and kitchen. Shermin dedicated great effort to sourcing these, and her brilliant suggestion to use frosted crystal laminated glass panels as a replacement for the traditional shoji paper was key. This achieved the perfect balance between the desired Japanese look, with the added practicality of being easy to clean. The excellent workmanship means they glide perfectly and align flawlessly. The tranquil aesthetic continues into the kitchen, a space built for long-term function. I was highly impressed by Ciseern's in-house standard of using Celuka waterproof boards for all the cabinets, demonstrating a commitment to lasting quality in a damp environment. The Tempered Glass backsplash was a smart solution that directly addressed my concern about oil and grease stains, making daily cleaning effortless while maintaining the sleek look. Furthermore, the tiler's workmanship was truly outstanding; they laid the kitchen floor with a precise, subtle gradient to ensure easy drainage without the slope being noticeable underfoot. This commitment to the theme flows beautifully into the bathrooms, which Shermin transformed into quiet, spa-like spaces. She consciously carried the Japanese theme through by using wood-grain tiles in the shower areas, which provides warmth and contrast against the neutral walls. Even with the challenge of limited space, the installation of the black-framed glass panel was the best possible solution for achieving the wet/dry separation I requested. This thoughtfulness confirmed her problem-solving skills and dedication to my needs. Shermin’s project management was truly commendable. Renovations always have hiccups, but despite some unavoidable vendor delays, she handled everything professionally, kept me fully informed, and ensured the final outcome was completed exactly to my full satisfaction
