My wife and I met up with 9 different IDs and Kyle was the standout as he made us feel comfortable that he could achieve our vision and be able to handle any hiccups that could happen with the renovation process. We were pleased that our decision was proven right and the renovation went smoothly. Before we selected him, he was patient to meet up several times to discuss the details and wasn't pushy. Their costing was transparent and honest, with no upselling tactics. During the renovation process, Kyle was always prompt in answering our questions and provided useful feedback & advice to guide our choices to achieve the vision of our dream home. What I also liked about Kyle is that he will go the extra mile to help us with installing items that we did not purchase with him, which spared me from hiring 3rd party who may not have the same quality standards for workmanship. That kind of ownership is rare and made us feel like we are on the same team working towards the same goal. The results lived up to everything we'd hoped for. Handover was on time, finishing was excellent, and we moved in with minimal touch-ups. I was so happy with the outcome that we didn't hesitate to refer Kyle to my family for their own renovation, which I think says everything.

Kyle is very responsive and transparent with design ideas and costs. He monitors and manages the time of the project well; especially when we started only in Dec and we managed have the handover before CNY. He provides timely updates of the project during the renovation process and will always go the extra mile to ensure that our requests are met if it’s within his means.

5 stars 5 stars 5 stars!!! To anyone who is looking for a responsible, talented and brilliant ID, engage Kyle. We engaged Kyle even though his company was relatively new. We soon found out that Kyle had years of experience in this industry that can easily surpassed a good number of IDs. In spite of being in the industry for so long, we immediately knew that he has fresh new ideas, beyond the typical, Pinterest styles that we have seen in so many other IDs' portfolio. We had many ideas during the renovation process and made several tweaks to our original design. Kyle remained patient and through his meticulous planning, he was still able to deliver our house according to our original schedule. We were (and still are) feeling surreal living in our dream house. All our guests were so amazed and enjoyed their visit with us. All of them thought that the design exuded calmness and quiet luxury. If you are looking for a reliable and someone who has great taste in design, quality and great eye for details, look for Kyle and you won't be disappointed! 👍🏻
