Ben is a person with attention to detail. From the planning to execution there were no surprises. From the VR mock-up to the final finish, (except the things we didn’t want or newly wanted to add on), it came out exactly what we desired the home to be. If we were to get a next house, we would still go with Ben, and gladly get even more intricate design works from him. How specific or artsy we intended to be, he had a firm grasp of space and colors to make it work out, especially having an odd shaped home which has a lot of dead corners which he fully utilised. Great advisor with a great eye.

Writing this on behalf for my parents. 🙏🏻 They engaged AT Identity’s service for their kitchen upgrade. Workmanship and quality is excellent. They are very satisfied with the sales advisor, Ben. As my parents are old and living alone, Ben have been helpful and taking the extra steps to help them rearrange the other furnitures at home. He take care of them like his own family. We had enquired multiple IDs for our resale flat, but we chose AT Identity in the end due to their great service. Their visual aspects of the outcome of the house were on par with what we envisioned and we were not disappointed. As we were mostly working, communication is key from an ID. Throughout the process, we were being updated at every step of the way, in addition to them sharing their experience and inputs which were vital to what our house looks today.
