Extremely good service! I was assisted by a staff named Keith. he was knowledgeable in what he is doing and was very prompt in replying with all our questions that we were unsure of. i am extremely satisfied with his service and the outcome was definitely better than expected! 10/10 recommend

Yang Ming was my appointed ID and I would like to commend him for his easy going personality and good work ethic. He made the whole process stress free and comfortable. He was forthcoming and sincere , and what is great was the after sales service that he provided. He’s definitely not the type of ID who will shirk from his responsibilities after the last 5% is paid . Thanks Yang Ming for a lovely reno experience . I would recommend Aart Box .

For my reno works done in nov 2018 by id chun wai, i have to say that the customer service is great. But that ends there. What i thought was a great reno, turned out to be a horrible mistake as we found out from our downstairs neighbor that our reno caused leaking in her ceiling, which HDB checked and confirmed as improper works done which were not aligned with their standards and protocols. Thought it was great, but guess i was just blinded by the sweet talking. Leaking first started in 2021, slightly over a year from when reno was completed, til date, 2022, still not resolved. Id has already since left the company,and we still got this problem on our hands. Do not recommend

Flash back to five years ago we when we had our first home we were a budget conscious young couple with no experience with reno or working with IDs. We’ve heard so many first hand accounts of horror stories so we were extremely wary of engaging IDs. We did what most would do, shop around for IDs whom we hope we could entrust our home to. It was purely by chance we passed by Aart Boxx at their old shop and their cement stucco wall caught our eye (industrial style was “in-trend” those days). We stepped in and met up with both Ivan and then Senior Designer Katherine to discuss what we envisioned for our house. What struck my husband and I was their sincerity and we loved how they were not pushy and worked patiently with us to balance desire and budget. That was the main factor behind the decision to have Katherine partner with us on the design and reno journey. I must say it was really a breeze working with them. We’ve never had to worry about anything and it was almost magical seeing our 3D come to live. It was exactly how we dreamt we would want our house to be. Even the post-reno after-service was top-notch. Needless to say, when asked who did our beautiful first home, we were always happy and proud to introduce people to Aart Boxx. Fast forward 5 years later, we came to an abrupt decision to move and without question we contacted Ivan asking him if he could partner us again in designing our second home. We were furiously stubborn in how we wanted our home to be styled and designed — probably the result of knowing with clarity what we need and our lifestyle habits. Because of that we made strange requests, but Ivan would patiently try to understand our intent behind those requests before putting in his recommendations. To be frank, reno during Covid is tough yet we could tell Ivan and team stepped up amidst all the restrictions to ensure we were able to move in as planned. I’m truly glad we did this with Ivan and his team. It felt like working with an old friend who knew us. Our second home was so beautifully done we had strangers (likely neighbours) knocking on door asking who did our home. Such an accolade to the “heart/hard” work of the team! Thank you Ivan and team Aart Boxx for this beautiful home. We’ve no regrets partnering you guys again! If we have a third home in future, please take our project again 😄

Dear Aart Boxx Interior, When my family and I were in the talks of possibly planning to get a jumbo flat, I quickly did my research and fell in love instantly with Mr Sam Peh's creatives idea and works...Despite going through a few options, we were very sure Sam's the one we'd like to work with to make our dream home ideas come true. We are thoroughly impressed with the commitment and dedication Sam had towards the process of our family dream home. No matter the circumstances, he find a way to pull through with excellent work.. Sam was so professional and very up to date with the latest interior trends and designs and never hesitant of sharing his ideas and hearing to ours. We would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who wants their house to be a reflection of their style and imagination. Practical and beautiful design for our loft. Makes full use of the limited space to try to maximise storage space for my family as we are a family of 5 and with young kids, we need a lot of storage space which Ivan tries his utmost best in providing that. We had a very tight schedule and he managed to pull thru a difficult schedule and completing the project within the allocated time frame of 1mth (managing with the constraints of manpower brought about the pandemic).

He guided us and came up with multiple concepts to fit our theme and gave us instructions on where to find everything. He was also very communicative and helpful from start to finish.
