I’m a returning customer who first engaged 360 (Samuel) five years ago for my first home renovation in Singapore. After a great experience back then, I decided to engage them again for my second home renovation — and once again, they have exceeded my expectations. From design consultation to project completion, everything was handled with professionalism, transparency, and attention to detail. The interior design team was responsive, patient, and proactive in giving practical solutions throughout the renovation process. The workmanship quality and finishing were outstanding — truly a mark of a reliable renovation company. I was also very impressed with their commitment to complete the renovation on schedule. Despite a tight timeline, the project was delivered on time and within budget, without compromising on design quality or materials used. I highly recommend Jester and his team for their amazing service and workmanship. From start to finish, Jester and Edwin were very responsive and really paid attention to the details, ensuring the project stayed on track without compromising quality. They completely understood my design style and needs, using their expertise to suggest ideas that perfectly matched my lifestyle. Their ideas really added a lot of value to the renovation and improved the final outcome. Jester and Edwin were easy to communicate with and always kept my preferences and budget in mind. Their team of carpenters, tilers, electricians, and plumbers were professional and delivered great results. What impressed me most was their quick response to any issues—usually resolving them within a day or two. Even after handover, Jester promptly arranged for minor touch-ups to be completed. During the design phase, Jester was positive and happy to adjust the 3D drawings to help me visualize the final result. The 3D designs were very close to the actual finished product, and Jester/Edwin kept me updated regularly with videos and photos throughout the process. The only hiccup was with the painting, as the painter did not meet the expected standards. However, Jester and his team promptly addressed the issue and replaced the painter, showing their genuine commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Overall, Jester and his team made my renovation experience smooth and enjoyable. I’m very pleased with their work and would gladly recommend them to others!

Highly recommend Alex as an interior designer. From the very beginning, he was responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with—always considering both my needs and budget. Although my project was relatively small, he gave it his full effort, coordinating everything to ensure a smooth move-in. Throughout the renovation, he minimized inconvenience and paid close attention to details I wouldn’t have even noticed. Even during the final touch-ups, he made sure everything was completed to perfection. A big thank you to Alex for making my first home renovation experience such a positive one!
