We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl as our interior designer for our recent renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, she impressed us with her ability to understand and incorporate our ideas seamlessly. While we had a vision in mind, Cheryl's expertise in color schemes and matching really brought our design ideas to life. She provided valuable tips and suggestions, ensuring that our plans were perfected and met our expectations. As parents, it was essential for us to have a child-friendly design, and Cheryl completely understood our needs. She incorporated thoughtful details like rounded corners into our carpentry, creating a safe and functional space for our family. Cheryl's meticulous planning and attention to detail truly set her apart. She carefully scheduled the project, keeping us informed about the days when she needed our presence and even coordinated with us for the delivery of appliances and fixtures. Her proactive communication made the process smooth and hassle-free, especially considering our busy schedules. Throughout the project, Cheryl demonstrated a commitment to quality. She provided regular updates and photos, allowing us to monitor the progress without needing to be physically present. Not only did Cheryl excel in delivering a beautiful and well-executed design, she also amazed us with the project's timeline. Despite the tight schedule, she managed to complete the tiling, carpentry, and installation within two months, allowing us to move in as soon as possible. We are grateful to Cheryl for expediting the process and delivering on time. In conclusion, working with Cheryl was an outstanding experience, and se wholeheartedly recommend her as an interior designer. Her creativity, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction deserve a perfect rating.

Came across 21 interior Studio while they were still at Junction 9. Was assigned to Raymond. He was very helpful with first quotation and follow up regularly after that. He is very detailed when explaining the first quotation to us which is why we ended up choosing him and the company. He brought us to get all the things we needed and was also open and respectful when we decided to source some of the things outside. He would always recommend and advise us on our choices for the design. What impresses me is that he managed to completely overhaul the whole unit within 7 weeks as we were on a tight deadline and we are in love with the whole design. He was very open and respectful to full collaboration with us as well as our external vendors. Even after completeion, he followed up with us regularly to check if we needed any touch up or rectifications. Overall, we are very happy with the whole design and how it turned out from paper to completetion. Anyone who visits our house, family or some random delivery people and stranger have commented that tge love how simple, modern and clean our house is. And lastly, i fully respect him when i told him i have a very strict budget as i will be paying the renovation in full cash and he really understands it and never push or insist that we add any unnecessary top ups. To Raymond Goh, thank you for being more than just our Id. We have made a new friend for life during this process. We do apologise if we have any shortcomings as a client or if our face does not show the emotions or reactions that you expected but we do honestly feel very happy of the final outcome!

Sammy had previously done a great job with our parent's place, and we were once again pleased with her services during our own renovation. She planned the schedule of the renovation well, and was able to source for the appropriate vendors to meet our requirements. The quality of the contractors she works with is also good. She is also prompt in answering our queries, and flexible when we make amendments to our requirements. Thanks Sammy!

"A review for our nice ID, Raymond, who spent a lot of time suggesting and drafting for us. Also, a big thank you to him, for bearing with my indecisiveness! -------- The common decision was to go for the lowest quotation, but we did not and went on with our feel after interacting with the various IDs. Raymond was very open, patient and accommodating throughout the entire journey. Our budget was also conveyed openly to him and worked on. Understanding that we have young kids, busy work and a really tight timeline after keys ( ~2 months for a really old resale flat! ), Raymond tried his best to help and make things work, while ensuring that our opinions were sought and respected. Work progress and updates were also given frequently. Of course, minor hiccups were expected and resolved along the way. We are still thankful that we are able to move in as per scheduled. Thank you, Raymond and the team!"

"I was recommended to Sammy by 2 other friends who also had their flats renovated by her. Sammy was very helpful and provided a lot of useful suggestions in the design of my place. I am very happy with how my place turned out. Sammy was also very accommodating to my schedule as I could only meet her on weekends and she helped to ensure that all works were carried out properly while constantly updating me on what was happening. She ensured that the works completed according to schedule and wasn’t delayed like most other projects due to COVID. Very professional job well done, I am very satisfied with the end product. "We really want to express our gratitude to Sammy over this post. We were introduced by a friend to Sammy and was skeptical at first, but her price point was the most reasonable among a few other quotes we got. Sammy did a amazing job executing the vision we gave her and turning our house into a home. Her work was always on time or earlier and the workmanship was very good. She was always responsive and was meticulous in making sure there was as little hipcups as possible. Space planning was her expertise and we really appreciate it after staying in the new house for a months now. "Last year, I was looking (Google) for ID near my place for my BTO studio apartment when I came upon 21 Interior Studio at Junction 9. 21 IS is the only ID company I approached and I am more than glad to have engaged Chris and Jeff for the reno of my new flat. They are patient and helpful. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. The Reno was completed within the time frame planned. They are responsible and reliable. They updated me regularly on the process of the renovation. My queries were explained promptly and clearly. Chris is creative and always has alternative ideas and suggestions when I made changes. He is very efficient in his work. Jeff is very helpful, he accompanied me to the sanitary shop with all the measurements ready and made 'shopping' so easy for me. He solved bit and pieces of issue along the process without me having to attend personally. Chris and Jeff, thanks both of you very much for the good job. God bless"

I recently engaged 21 Interior studio as my home ID as recommended by my friend. He is Niklas and he’s very nice, professional and detailed in his work and did a well planning for my house. After I collected my keys, he’s very patient by explaining steps by steps on what to do for my house and did a detailed planning according to my needs although in between there’s a few hiccups he settled for me professionally. After which, he’s very efficient by providing the 3D layout and then we proceed to choose the items that needed for my house. Overall it was a good experience with 21 Interior Studio.

Been searching for ID and came across 21 design, call them up and were assigned by ID name Jeff Wu. Never regret our decision. He is very knowledgeable and patient when attending to our needs. Listen attentively to our response before proceed with the renovation👍 Even without us telling him about any defects that we spotted. He already make a move to solve it! Superb👍 We already recommended this awesome company and ID to our family and friends. 👍👍👍
